Depend on research of the site, this project is a complex which contains offices, gallery, library, studio and commercial such as restaurants and retails. The two towers are office for small firms, the cantiliver rectangular part is library and studio for students, the sunken plaza is for commercial, restaurants and retails. Each part has its own individual circulation and won't affect each other.
